Ms. Chen holds a master's degree in education. She has taught students from kindergarten to Grade 10 in China, Switzerland, and Thailand. During her 10+ years of teaching, Cindy has experienced the Chinese National Curriculum, different international curriculums, and school-tailored curriculums. She is also a qualified IB Workshop Leader and School Visit Team Member. 
Cindy provides guidance and insight to the school leardership team on matters involving the Chinese mandated curriculum and sets objectives acording to the national curriculum requirements. She also provides professional development training to teachers, orgazises them to share best practice, and supports students.
